1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return or exchange your item under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom or bespoke items are non-refundable unless they are defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Prepare the Package: Include the item(s) being returned, the original receipt or proof of purchase, and the RA number in the package.
  3. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@skipynapo.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. International Returns

For international orders, the same policies apply. However, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, duties, and taxes incurred during the return process.
